Where Do I Begin Covers English and Spanish

Living With Type 2 Diabetes is a free, 12-month program that provides information and support to people newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Program members can choose to receive their information online or through the mail. The program is available in English or Spanish.

You have so many questions when first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This booklet starts to answer them and invites you to enroll in the Living With Type 2 Diabetes program for more information and support. Call 1-800-DIABETES (342-2383) or ask your doctor for a copy.
